Class Descriptions

SUP Yoga– 75 min
A vinyasa yoga class on the water flowing with our breath and the water. In a SUP Yoga class you will challenge your balance, explore your yoga practice, and laugh a lot. All levels of yogis and paddlers are welcome from complete newbies to advanced!

SUP Fit – 75 min
SUP Fit is a HIIT class on the water. You’ll spend the class paddling to build strength and taking those burpees to the next level on a paddleboard! Plan to get wet and work hard.

Intro to Paddle– 75 min
Have you never been on a paddleboard? Have you paddled a few times but would like to learn proper technique? This intro class is for you. Come get comfortable with all the equipment and learn the 4 phases of a paddle stroke. You’ll become a pro in no time!

Social Paddle
Come paddle and connect with your SUP community during our Social Paddles. These hour long socials are relaxed leisure paddles exploring Old Hickory Lake and getting to know your local community. Feel free to sign up to BYOB (bring your own board) and paddle with your friends!

Private Classes – 75 min
Did you know anyone can book a private class for you and your friends? If any of our public class times don’t work just shoot us an email and we can set up a special event just for all your closest friends, family, and gym or studio community.

Full Moon Meditation Paddle – 90 min
Take in all nature has to offer with a Full Moon Meditation on the water. Enjoy time to float, reflect, and meditate under the full moon. There will be 5 this summer at $45 a class. These meditation classes will be an hour and a half long .

Mile Builder – 4 weeks 90 min each
Go from beginner to paddling several miles with a group of adventurous paddlers. You will meet for 4 consecutive weeks and learn the skills needed to get confident paddling and build endurance.
