Hello! I’m Megan, a transplant to Nashville by way of Florida. A few things about me: I love my dogs & cats, wine, my husband, coffee, and I definitely couldn’t live without: sour cream and the ocean.
I found yoga several years ago and quickly fell in love. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2014 and have been teaching at several studios locally. Since then I have been adding on education and certifications working towards my 500 hour training. I specialize in yin yoga which is a softer practice that emphasizes the importance of flexibility and mindful movement. Come see me in the studio or contact me to book a private session.
Being a native Floridian it was completely natural to find my way to the water with my SUP Yoga certification. In addition to SUP Yoga I am also World Paddle Association (WPA) safety certified and can teach you how to paddleboard (if yoga isn’t your thing).
